I like this idea.  do you suppose we could march in the parade and  then 
indicate that we would have a community dog show, etc. over at "X" at a  certain 
time.  Have you contacted AKC to see what kind of stuff they have  for RDOD?  
Frontier Days people may like this as it might bring in more  people.  Maybe we 
could even advertise with them.
